Peter watched as his room in the Baxter building grew around him, only stopping once he was a few inches tall. He had been invited to live here with the Fantastic Four and several others for the Future Foundation. Which meant some of the brightest minds on the planet could help him if the shrunken Web-Slinger could get their attention.
The Fantastic Four would be an excellent choice if he went to them. He was good friends with the first superhero family, and they would actively work to help him. Johnny was practically his superhero best friend. One of the major issues he could see is putting him close to Valeria and Franklin Richards, Reed and Sue’s children. He had a good relationship with the teenage heroes, but they seemed to like him a bit too much, plus they are teenagers.
He starts running for the door, hoping he can find someone before they go to bed.
What happens to Peter?
1. Someone begins entering the room, forcing Peter to dodge their feet. This means he can easily get their attention, but who are they, and why are they here?
2. Peter swings along the walls, eventually making it to the home theatre. Inside are several people watching a late movie that Peter can attempt to contact. What’s being watched may affect their interactions with Peter.
3. It takes a bit of time, but Peter makes it to the yoga studio, where Sue Storm leads several other women in various stretches. Peter needs to get their attention and hope he doesn’t get too distracted that he ends up under one of them. Super-powered women in yoga wear tend to have that effect on young men.
4. As Peter comes up with a plan, a drunk Johnny Storm walks down the hall with a beautiful woman on his arm (you can make this a pre-existing character or just a random woman). Not seeing another chance to get help, Peter jumps onto Johnny’s leg and begins his climb. He begins to think he made a mistake as his Spider-Sense alerts the woman’s body or hands heading in his direction, but he needs to get to Johnny before this date goes too far.
