You wanted to say something else but her confession left you completely dumbfounded. You don't know this woman, from what she was telling you she doesn't know your name, where was all this coming from? You even forgot the predicament you were in, or how this random giantesss would now be someone you'd always remember not only because.. well, buying you out, but because it was the first time a woman confessed her feelings to you. Pure and simple confusion was the only thing you could offer
Elena, your giant "companion" that bought you for 60 grand (another fact you were taking a while to process) just giggled softly and blushed lightly
"I know it must be all very strange to you, but it's true!.." She started to give her version of the story
"Maybe you no longer remember this but back at highschool I was once being bullied by my classmates for ruining a prank they were going to make on a teacher, and while everybody else just watched you decided to step up and try to protect me, even if you were from a lower grade" She gave you a tender smile, recalling the painful memory as apparently the first time she knew of you.. "Unfortunately before the teachers stopped the fight you were knocked out by one of the bullies, and everything became a mess in the school after that.. I got suspended for being 'part of the fight' and when I came back to the school and tried to reach out to you I found out you were quickly transferred out"
"I moved on with my life until I found out that you had a part time job here at the library! Even without knowing your name I could tell it was you, that cute kid that bravely risked himself just to protect me.. But you looked so busy and reserved I lost any courage to try and start talking with you.. what if you didn't remember? or if things became awkward? I didn't really know what to do, how to thank you for what you did back then, how to repay you in some way.. "
On the next part her tone became more insecure, she knew that kidnapping someone wasn't the best way to ingratiate yourself with that person "I couldn't help but stalk you a bit, to start knowing more about you and maybe see if I had a chance with you, until today when I saw Jen shrinking you on the bench.. I went to confront her about it worried about you, just like you did back then for me, but then she told me I could just buy you if I wanted so I couldn't resist.. it was a dream come true knowing you would be with me from now on" she shrugged her shoulders innocently hoping you would understand her, at least a bit.
"Oh, sorry", she realized you were all this time in her grip and finally lowered you down to the bed, where you continued taking your sweet time to process all this.
It seemed Elena cared for you and things could have been much worse, you wondered if she would be willing to reach out Jen so she could grow you back (even if you ended up with a big money debt), but you also couldn't help but feel something was off in her story, you don't actually remember any similar episode during your school days.. maybe she thought you were someone else? what if she was just crazy and just wanted you to lower your guard? every new piece of information just led to new doubts
