Her room

Gudako was sitting on her bed, exhausted and tired from all the singularities, raising up bond levels, and ascending servants. Wanting to feel better and more energized she used her command seal to have boudica appear in her room

"Yes master? Is there something big sis can d-" she suddenly stopped once she noticed what was off about gudako, her breasts along with her hips and ass grew larger, giving her more of a grown up figure along with her height increasing as gudako looked over at her, not even noticing her growth most likely from being too tired "can you make me some of your soup please...? I need some energy for the next singularity."

Boudica wanted to say something about her figure but decided to make the soup then tell her "understood ill be back" she leaves the room as gudako sighs, putting her hand on her enlarged breast.
