"Our first contestant is a big blue monster who lives on a fictional street in New York City. Over the past five decades, he's devoured not just cookies, but also things like safes, mailboxes, and even an entire car. He has googly eyes and speaks broken English, but still somehow had his own segment where he spoofed sophisticated literature and films, please welcome our first guest, Cookie Monster from Sesame Street!" the host announced and the audience cheered.
"Hello there! Me glad to be here. Me very excited to play game." Cookie told the host as he entered the stage.
"Thanks, Cookie. Are you ready to play Millionaire?" the host asked Cookie.
"You bet me am! Me so ready to win one million dollars! Then me can spend it all on cookies! And some milk, too." Cookie told the host.
"Okay, Cookie. Here's how the game works. You have ten questions, and if you get them all correct, you will win one million dollars. If you get one wrong, you'll lose the game, but you're welcome to walk away with what money you have if the question's too tough. You have three lifelines; you can call a friend to see if they know they answer, you can pick 50/50 to reduce the answers down to two, and you can ask the audience to see if they know the answer. Do you understand?" the host asked Cookie.
"Of course me do. Me ready to play!" Cookie assured the host.
"Okay, Cookie. Here is your first question for 100 dollars. Before Cookie Monster became a famous star on Sesame Street, what product did he advertise?" the host began. He paused, and turned to the producers.
"Really, with this guy? He's bound to know this." the host said to the producers, then he read out the answers.
