Hello, and welcome to Who Wants to be a Millionaire?! I'm your host, my name's not that important, but our guests are." The host said, and the audience cheered.
"Our first contestant is a monster with blue fur who lives on a fictional street in New York. Over the past five decades, he's had numerous jobs from waiter to mail carrier to flight attendant, and is said to have his own superhero alter-ego. He's also the star of the popular children's book, The Monster at the End of This Book. Please welcome our first contestant, Mr. Grover Monster from Sesame Street!" the host announced, and the audience cheered as Grover walked in.
"Hello, everybody! Thank you for having me on your show, Mr. Host. It's so exciting to be here." the host told Grover.
"Thank you, Grover. Are you ready to play Millionaire?" the host asked Grover.
"But of course! I can't wait to make a million dollars and make my Mommy proud of me!" Grover told the host.
"Okay, then. Here are the rules, you have ten questions, and if you answer them all correctly, you'll win a million dollars. If you answer one incorrectly, you'll lose all your money, but you're welcome to walk away with what money you have if the question's too tough. You have three lifelines; you can phone a friend, use 50/50 to eliminate two wrong answers, and you ask the audience to see if they know the answer. Do you understand?" the host asked Grover.
"Oh, yes, Mr. Host! Now let's get going! I am ready to win that million!" Grover told the host.
"Okay, then, Grover. Here is your first question for $100.00.
What does a waiter usually give his customers at the end of their meal?" the host began, then he turned to the producers.
"Really? With this guy?" the host asked the producers, then he read the answers.
"A. Fred
