They skirt the edge of the eerie forest, hearing the occasional strange far-off roar, as well as curious booming noises that echo around the trunks of the trees but don't seem to have a definitive source.
The endless twilight is getting to the both of them. Angelica's putting on a brave face, but with every sound she gets a little more on edge, getting closer and closer to the seemingly protective proximity of Keith's body. He tries slowly creeping away, but she has a tight grip on one tentacle and he simply follows where she leads.
Those same urges are still there and just as hard to resist as before! Thankfully the forest is uneventful, at least from the outside. Finally they come to the other side, where a deep valley cuts across the landscape. Dark purple flashes illuminate it infrequently, but there doesn't seems to be quite as much roaring or booming down here.
Angelica stands near the edge of a bluff, looking down with no small amount of anxiety into the even darker landscape below. Keith comes up behind her, almost, almost close enough to touch her, but he really digs down to find the willpower and manages to hold off... for now. He's not feeling great about any of this, but he knows it won't take much to trigger his new body into doing something he doesn't want to do.
"So..." he begins in his gravelly voice.
Angelica jumps at the sound, then puts a hand to her chest and lets out a wheeze.
"Whew. Scared me..." she mutters. "What do you think?" She points down at the valley. He follows the direction of her arm, catching another glimpse of her cleavage as he looks down over her shoulder. It spikes his body's urges, and a loud gurgle rattles the air between them.
She looks up at him curiously. "You're... hungry?" She asks. "I ate not too long ago... not long before I ended up here. Do you know what... you eat?"
He makes a show of looking around the desolate landscape, then settles back on her obviously. He can feel his mind going fuzzy. She just looks... so delectable. His tentacles thrash around, torn with indecision. She simply tilts her head questioningly.
