Ruby had a nice shower, Just finished she started putting her clothes back on, Suddenly though. She starting growing, (if you want to keep track, she started at 1.73 meters or 5.7 feet.) She could definitely feel the growth. But it wasn't too bad. The growth also spanned out over a few minutes. Ruby's clothes felt a lot tighter when it ended at 1.82 meters (6 feet). She almost didn't notice anything happened. So she just chilled a little bit on her phone. After a while she felt weird again. Maybe she spent too much time on her phone, but it felt just like when she was done showering. And before long she started growing again. Nothing insane, but her clothes were starting to rip off.
As she stood up and looked down she watched the ground slowly grow further away. With the roof only getting closer. Eventually her rips were so big they were connecting and making her clothes fall off. Leaving her at 1.98 meters (6.5 feet) she panicked and picked up her phone to call Mark (in case you don't know, they are couples).
"What's up Ruby?"
"U-Uhm, I don't k-know if I should ask this. But..."
"For some reason, I'm becoming b-bigger."
"What?"
"My height is increasing Mark!" Ruby said, scared for her future.
"Uh, OK. But why is that happening?"
"I don't know! I just took a shower and then it randomly started!"
"Hm... Do you need to visit a doctor or something?"
"I dunno. I-It's kinda awkward to visit a doctor in my bra. Let alone naked."
"Wait, you are in your bra?"
"Yes!! I g-grew out of my clothes..."
"Oh god, I thought you were talking in inches."
"Okay, you can go to a doctor if you want to. I'll certainly ask him about this later, I'm busy with work right now."
In a sudden move, Ruby was forced to choose to go to the doctor or just wait it out and wait for Mark to do it for her. It'd take him a few hours to be finished with work. And then it'd take another 30 minutes or so just to ask what was happening. Ruby desperately asked:
"C-Can you please just go and ask what's going on right now?"
"Is it such an emergency?"
"I'll do it later OK? You can visit them if you want to."
"As long as you are comfortable with that."
They hung up, and Ruby was left with the choice. Who knows what this growth would do, she decided to...
