One day in his apartment, Li'l Sneezer was watching King Size Canary on his television set, specifically the scene where the mouse became a giant after drinking a bottle of Jumbo Grow Drink, and then grew to the size of a planet. Sneezer quickly drew inspiration from the cartoon he was watching and from one of its own characters.

"If I can find whatever it was that turned that mouse into a giant, maybe I, too can be a giant myself. Although, I don't want to outgrow the planet. The question is, where can I find whatever it was that can turn me into a giant myself?" Sneezer asked.
