Summary: Prefect Hermione Granger's world changes forever when she stumbles upon Draco Malfoy using a spell she'd never heard of before to transform Pansy Parkinson into a curvaceous sex pot that could only call him 'Master.'
Retreating to Professor McGonnagall, Hermione reported what she'd seen, and the professor immediately had her gather her female friends. At which point she explained.
The curse Malfoy had used was a dark spell used by wizards to transform witches into bimbo slaves bound to a wizard. There was no way to block the spell, nor a way to reverse it's effects. However the spell could only be used once by a single wizard in 24 hours, meaning they had time, but there was still no way to stop Malfoy using the spell to enslave all of them, particularly since while the spell could only be used once a day, it could be used on a whole group.
However McGonnagall had one ray of hope; with the long hidden spell making a return, the girls were likely doomed to become bimbo slaves, however that didn't mean they were stuck with Malfoy; she could cast the spell, binding them to a wizard of her choice, and once they were bound, they could not be rebound (the very reason that Draco couldn't be arrested, his victims were dependent on him)
Of course this still came with a limitation; she could cast the spell on all of them at once, but it would all have to be to the same wizard, and if they waited and bound smaller groups to different wizards then Malfoy would 'recharge' first and those who waited would be at risk.
Fortunately there was one wizard who was not related to any of them, and who they all had a crush on; Harry Potter.
Title: The Curse of the Weasley Women
Protagonist: Harry Potter

Protagonist involvement: Accidental
AU: Hogwarts starts at 18
Summary: Many generations ago the patriarch of house Weasley entered into a duel with a dark wizard. Cursed with the infinite Weasley temper, his daughter, believing that there was no way for her father to lose, proclaimed that whoever won, she would become the property of.
Her father lost, and when she attempted to back out, the dark wizard used magic to keep her to her word, and then cursed her family.
Whenever, in future, a daughter of house Weasley should ever stake herself in any way in a bet, then she shall become the property of whomsoever wins the bet.
In the following years the house learnt that this curse was permanent and that if other girls staked themselves in the same bet then the curse would ensnare them as well.
Sons of house Weasley are told of this curse when they begin Hogwarts, so they may protect their sisters, however, fearing that they would use the curse to bind themselves to someone against their parents wishes, the daughters are not told until after they graduate.
Unfortunately a Quidditch 'accident' lands Ron and the Twins in the medical ward, while in the resulting argument between Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy (the latter of whom caused the accident) leads to the two declaring a duel; with several girls proclaiming that they will snog the winner... including Ginny Weasley - ensnaring them all in the curse, and binding them to Harry upon his victory over Malfoy.
