At some point of human history, people were so obsessed in making anime real that they went to get science degrees for it. There were many trial and error to avoid the uncanny valley until it was finally perfected to create anime people in real life. In addition, said science also converts others into anime people. However, not everyone was into anime so these creations were considered freaks. Through the power of anime, the anime people went off to another planet that they also made more anime and habitable. Despite the fact that this technology and discovery was a breakthrough in some cases, the Galactic Government thought that the anime theme was not worth the trouble.
As of today, this anime land pretty much functions like human society except the people there follow similar physics as characters in anime. Such as having exaggerated facial expressions and movements, being able to survive lethal situations, recover from blood loss quickly, sometimes display cartoon physics, and so on. Behavior varies among the anime people despite how the populace assumed that they always display weeb behavior. In addition, the science of the creation of the anime people still exist so further alien species were able to be converted.
The planet is a popular tourist attraction among people who wanted the taste of the Earth country known as Japan or are fans of anime in general. A lot of tourist revenue or economy often relies on the neighboring NEET planet as they are huge anime fans and were willing to pay a lot.
