There were a number of alien criminals on Earth's most wanted list. One of which has decided to hide out on earth. This person is:
1. Anria "Busty" Kathy: Head of the Modular Mob. Involved in human trafficking, illegal gambling, and drug smuggling.
2. Kesh Tirash: Prominent member of a Zehm terrorist organization. Responsible for vandalism, sabotage, kidnapping, and assassinations of important human officials. Allegedly funded by the Zehm Empire.
3. Ilack Ackham: Illursian pirate captain on the run. Responsible for interspace piracy, kidnapping, human trafficking, and general smuggling.
4. Di Mari: Morpher in charge of the "Paper" Gang, a group of several aliens responsible for multiple bank robberies and burglaries, usually involving Di taking the form of an important official and forging identification documents to infiltrate the bank.
5. Gullet: A Giraroach - huge, powerful and intelligent insect-like aliens with incredible disguise and infiltration abilities - known simply by their nickname, earned from their infamous appetite for live, squirming humans. Doesn't speak; it is unknown if they are mute or if they simply refuse to. Provably linked to hundreds of disappearances, and believed to be the culprit in hundreds, if not thousands, more.
