The Unbidden, being pure energy, had no concrete physical form other than whatever they found appealing. Their only common trait was the dim, shimmering blue light their forms gave off as well as the bright white lights that formed their eyes and minds. When first peering into our dimension, the first biological organisms they saw were humans, specifically females, which they quickly determined to be their favorite among the physical species, looks wise, because of their curvy bodies and most unbidden quickly took the forms of human females.
Although, since unbidden have different strength depending on how much energy they have in them, each unbidden can only emulate the ideal female form to a certain extent. The strongest can have very sexy figures, with round hips, large chests, and thick legs. While the weakest can only have slim, flatter bodies that still look human but barely look feminine.
However, their discovery of our dimension didn't just spark a species-wide fashion trend, it also sparked a new invasion. The Unbidden didn't get their energy from nothing, they had to consume physical matter in order to generate it. They already consumed all the matter in their galaxy, now they have to invade and consume the matter in our dimension to sustain their never-ending hunger, starting with our galaxy.
