Crap. Rainbow Dash was hoping no one would notice that she wasn't usually in the student commons at this hour, but of course Sci-Twi was as perceptive as ever.
"Well, I, uh...." Rainbow stalled, trying to think of an excuse
"You got kicked out again?"
"Maybe..."
"Rainbow!!!"
"It was totally unfair!" Dash cried, "Challenge one guy to one fight a few times and suddenly everyone thinks you're some sort of troublemaker!"
"How are you going to join the soccer team if you can't even train?" Twilight said, "Are there even any gyms left that'll take you?"
"Yeah! I mean," Rainbow dash faltered, "There's gotta be at least one more!"
"So you don't even know?" Twilight intoned less like a question and more like an observation, "Dash-"
"Look, it'll be fine, okay?" Rainbow Dash interrupted, "I'll figure it out!"
Twilight gave her friend a long look, before letting out a sigh and walking away.
"I hope you're right. I have to go to class now, see you."
"Huh? Oh, yeah, see you!"
Rainbow mentally chided herself as she watched Twilight leave. She's going to have to apologize later for snapping like that. She stuffed her hands into her pockets, about to walk to the snack machine, when her brooding was suddenly interrupted by a cheery voice.
"Better Bodyworks! A new kind of gym for a new kind of you!"
Dash's ears perked at the word. So there was a gym that she hasn't been kicked out of yet. Following the voice, she spotted a table set up in the commons with the gym's logo, a representative handing out flyers. Dash's eyes widened at the sight of the woman. She was tall-taller than Dash had ever seen a person be, over six feet at least. Her mint blue hair was pulled into a long braid that reached down her back, streaks of white and pink woven in. Her face was bright and youthful, with plump lips and long eyelashes. She wore a bright pink onesie, the kind that Rainbow had only ever seen in eighties workout tapes, the look completed with blue leggings and canary yellow leg warmers.
But even more shocking than the outfit was the body that filled it out. She had massive breasts, at least the size of her own head, that bounced as she went from person to person, without ever slipping out of the onesie. Her waist was thin, and her ass was arguably even bigger than her breasts, the back of her onesie lost in her deep asscrack. Her thighs were like tree trunks, and her hips went far past her shoulders, making Rainbow wonder how she had even fit through the doorway. As a matter of fact, how had she not seen this on her way in? There's no way she wouldn't have noticed a stand like this.
As she pondered this, the representative seemed to notice her, bounding up to her with a grin that rivaled Pinkie Pie's.
"Hi!" She smiled, "You look like the athletic type! Are you satisfied with your current gym?"
"Yeah, but the gym wasn't satisfied with me." Rainbow joked
"That's a shame! Most places use the same old regimen as everyone else, and they get frustrated when someone breaks the mold."
"You could say that again." Rainbow smiled. Maybe this person was alright.
"That's why our gym does away with stale old workout routines, instead using new and innovative diets and workouts personalized to your specific needs!"
Uh-oh, red flag. Rainbow's smile faded. Anyone in the exercising scene would know that there were people who would enter into their space with claims of new diets and health trends, all absurd, overpriced, and ultimately ineffective. As much as Rainbow needed a new gym, she wasn't about to destroy her body with whatever the latest quote-unquote "fitness hack" was.
"Uh, thanks, but I'm good." Dash said, looking for the fastest route out of the room.
"It's alright, I understand that this sort of thing can be scary!"
"Huh- Hey wait a minute!" Dash snapped, "I'm not afraid of anything!"
"No it's okay!" The woman cooed, "Not everyone is ready to reinvent themselves!"
"I'm ready for anything!"
"Great!" She clapped her hands together, her boobs bounding a bit from the force. Perhaps she was stronger than she looked? Before she knew it, a flyer had been pushed int Rainbow's hands. "Then I'll give you a free consultation! I have an opening at this same time tomorrow, I'll see you then!"
"Wait-"
"Just ask for Tabata Core at the front desk! See you then!"
And just like that, Rainbow realized, she'd joined a new gym.
