While licking Madison's left foot, you extend your fingers and run them up and down her right foot. This proves to be quite effective.

YOU SADISTIC FUHUHUHUHUCK, MAKE IT STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP.
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. STAY AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAY

LEVEL OF HELL" howled Madison as she shook her head and tears poured from her eyes. You continue to lick and say nothing,
but you begin using your fingers under Madison's toes.

"BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.......................... ......HAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAAAAAAAA.
YOU EHEHEHEHEHEVIL BASTARD, I'M GONNA DIE LAUGHING. AEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE NONONO.
NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. GET AWAY FROM

Madison, teetering on the edge of her sanity as you lick and tickle her helpless bare soles and toes. You decide to let Madison have a
break and give her a chance to tell you what you want to know.

"I'm gonna give you a chance to end this. Tell me who you work for...or I lick the other foot" you grin. "NE...NEVER...I REFUSE...TO BREAK" panted the spy. "Very well" you smile before licking her right bare sole next. Madison can only last a few seconds before she's howling with laughter
once again.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT AGAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN. WAAAAAAAAAH.
YOU FREHEHEHEHEHEAK, GET THE FUHUHUHUHUCK AWAY FROM MY FEET. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
MY BIHIHIHIHIRTHMARK, WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
DON'T LIHIHIHIHICK MY BIHIHIHHIIHIRTHMARK I'LL GO NUHUHUHUHUTS" screeched Madison. You decide that's exactly what you're going to
do and focus your tongue there next.

"*GASP* EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AH.
THAT FUCKING TIHIHIHIHICKLES. BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.........................HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAALEMME GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPLEEEEEEEEEASE. I'M GONNA PISS MY PAHAHAHAHAHANTS. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YOU BASTARD STAHAHAHAHAAAAAAP.
I'M GOING CRAZY, UUUUUUUUUUUUHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU............PLEASE STAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAP" screams Madison. The more you lick her birthmark, the louder she screams and the more ticklish
that spot seems to become. You continue until Madison is a sweaty mess before interrogating her once more.

"Ooh, that was bad, huh? Is the birthmark a bit ticklish? How about we focus on that for the rest of our time together, huh?" you tease. "FU...FUCK YOU...YOU SICK...DEMENTED...BASTARD" panted Madison as her toes twitched. She wanted this to end, but knew there was no end in sight for her.

You decide it's time for some tools. You request the guards to bring a bucket of tools, which they do. In the bucket is a pair of hairbrushes, a pair of electric toothbrushes and a bottle of baby oil. Madison begins wailing and begging the minute she realizes that this was about to become so much worse for her, but you press on and decide how to proceed.

You have the following choices:

2. Use the hairbrushes on her soles and toes

3. Tickle her birthmark with the electric toothbrushes
