He slowly approached the food and was able to realize the variety. He couldn't expect anything less from Itsuki.
Fortunately, the girl was still eating towards the other direction. So he wouldn't have to worry about being crushed by mistake when trying to get close.
Fuutaro: Once I get Itsuki's attention. I'll make sure the others know about this too, I don't want any accidents.
He passed some candies and just decided to ignore them. To begin with, he couldn't get on top of them because of their texture. Instead, a little away from his position he could see a cupcake. A chocolate cupcake that is. And most importantly, he could climb through its wrapper.
Walking a little faster so he can get this over with. Fuutaro went up with the greatest dedication he could and in a short time after climbing, he could feel the texture of the cupcake with his hands. Giving him the satisfaction of being able to reach his goal. He climbed a little higher and he was able to see the chocolate chips on top of the cupcake.
And then, he felt everything around him move.
Fuutaro: What?!
He held on to the cupcake as best as he could and didn't move a bit the entire way.
He had closed his eyes in a panic when this happened. The moment he could feel that the movement stopped, he opened his eyes again. What he found in front of him, was the face of the girl, which had a hungry smile.
Fuutaro: Hey!! Itsuki!
He screamed at the top of his lungs, and hoped the girl would at least wonder about this sound.
