1. After his battle with Pain to save the Hidden Leaf Village, Naruto continues training himself to perfect his Sage Mode Jutsu. However an unforeseen complication causes him to shrink as he absorbs the energy of nearby bugs. Moegi soon finds him hoping to get an interview from the Village's hero for her newspaper.
2. Naruto mysteriously shrinks while out for a walk in the Hidden Leaf Village, waiting for a summons from Lady Tsunade to find out the details of his next mission. Now standing at only an inch tall, Naruto is forced to try and get the attention of the first person he recognizes. Ino Yamanaka, who's sitting down for a quick lunch at a nearby dumpling resturant.
3. While chasing an enemy with Sakura on a mission, Naruto goes ahead of his teammate and activates the enemies Jutsu, shrinking him while leaving Sakura unchanged. Now she must prioritize his protection over the mission they were given. Carrying her teammate back to the village somewhere inside her clothing.
4. After exhausting his chakra reserves while training, Naruto finds himself shrinking at his favorite training grounds, leaving him at only an inch tall on top of a tree stump. Before he can react to the change a gigantic Hinata emerges from the brush, unaware of Naruto's situation, leaving him vunerable when she decides to take a seat on the tree stump he's standing on.
