As the description says, this is for any scenario that involves Rugrats characters either shrinking or growing. Characters can change size through any means, be it scientific, magical or spontaneous.

Rules:
1. The characters' clothes will always grow/shrink along with them.
2. No scat
3. No gore/character death
4. Try to put effort into your posts. In general, they should be at least one or two paragraphs long (barring the ones that are just used to set up the scenario).

Other than that, anything goes.
