Remaking my biggest project with a different premise.

Pokéflute Rules

Appearance
The flute itself looks like any other flute, except the ball is black instead of red. On the black is an engraving of Latias, and on the white is an engraving of Latios. The ball itself can turn, but the flute can't be played unless one side is up.

Power
Depending on which side is up will depend on what it is capable of. The one playing it will be immune, unless they will the changes to occur to themself. Anyone who hears the song won't question any changes up to that specific point. If the black half is up, the flute will feminise. With the white side up, it'll masculinise. First it'll change people into the opposite gender. After some attunement, it'll begin affecting be of that gender. Once the flute is very attuned, which will take a while, it'll start tweaking the mind. When the flute is completely attuned to the player, it'll be able to rewrite entire aspects to that person's preference.

Attunement
While the flute will masculinise/feminise those who hear its song, it will slowly attune itself to the one playing it. Overtime, it will work to make people more in line with what the player would like. If they learn of its power, they can direct it by focusing on what they want, but must ensure the correct side is up.

Please keep each character to their respective media. So the Anime section should only have anime characters, and the Game section should only have game characters.
