You are a young orphaned human, your mother died in childbirth, causing your father to resent you for her death. After your dad vanished, you were placed in an orphanage. Let's just say it leaves a lot to be desired.

One night, as you drift off to sleep, you make a wish for a new family. Whatever force in the universe was listening, it decides to grant your wish.

When you awake, you are not in your own bed. You're not in the orphanage, and you hear a strange voice call you to come downstairs for breakfast.
