“Forms signed, payment received - Matthew, all we have to do now is weigh you, measure you and assign you a roommate. We always give newbies in grade nine somebody who's been here at least a year to help you make the transition, but would you prefer somebody closer to you in size, or a larger guy? Unfortunately nobody in grade nine is quite as large as our two magnificent prefects here..."

"Thankfully!" interjected Tor.

"...but as you're only 250, there are several slots with guys bigger than you are," the receptionist concluded. "And, by the way, I'm Mr. Fleck, if you ever have a question, just drop in."

Matt thought for a moment. "I'd like to room with....
