Mike,Tom and Kyle go

"You think so?" you ask looking down at your big apron belly," then again I am a big eater and have big folks."
"Sounds like you belong here," Mike smiles and patts your back.
"You don't know the half of it," you joke.
"Well come on boys," Mike says and gives Kyle a bit of a push," let's get moving if you're gonna make it on time."
"Fine," Tom says taking his hand off your massive belly.
"See ya later Zane," Mike says as he puts his shoes on.
"See ya Mike," you answer," have fun."
With that Mike, Tom and Kyle leave and get into Kyle's car and drive off.
"Finally," you smile and lower your big 500 pound body onto the couch.

Now what should you do?

You have the following choices:

1. Slim down a bit? or

2. Go outside and go somewhere?
