No way to stop the rebound

You look down at your now fatter thighs and your belly and conclude that you don't want to have side effects coming back at you. You leave the scene and Mary wondering how she gained the weight for now. You waddle through the mall and back to Notz and Yeps and spot Swizzle behind the counter.
"Back so soon young man?" asks Swizzle with a confused look and then spots your legs and belly.
"Yeah," you answer," this there a way to stop the side effects?"
"No," Swizzle answers then his face lightens up," but I can trade your Wishing Powder for a different potion that grants some wishes. Or you could keep the Wishing Powder and make a small wish to undo the wish rebound effect."

Well?

You have the following choices:

1. Take the new stuff? or

2. Stick with the Wishing Powder?
