Amy's breasts were bigger.

All heads turned to look at Amy as she walked in her breasts straining against her shirt they were bigger than Lita's now. Amy blushed as the others stared but she soon took notice of Lita's expanded rear.
"I don't suppose you had a run-in with a strange Youma did you?" Amy asked.
"Yeah a crazy ninja with a fetish." Lita replied.
"It was a cowgirl with magic six shooters that did this to me." Amy replied.
"This is gone to far." Serena declared "we need to get out there and show these weirdo Youma that they can't go around doing crazy stuff to people Tokyo. Sailor scouts get ready to move out."
"Does anyone know where they are?" Raye asked innocently deflating Serena's righteous indignation.
"Sorry she ran away right after she did this to me." Amy explained.
