"I don't have time for this right now," Rick complains. "Besides, maybe this will teach you a lesson, young man."
In a voice so loud it is painful for your tiny ears, Rick shouts for your younger brother.
"Mike will have to look after you!" Rick announces.
"No! Dad, please!" Alan pleads. "Not Mike. Just get the book—"
"You called!" It's Mike, responding to the summons.
Rick gestures toward the bed. "Your brother's been messing around and got himself shrunk," Rick said. "But I have some important matters at work. You'll need to look after him."
Mike stares down at you. A grin forms on his huge face. Sure thing!"
"Just don't let him get stomped on or anything like that," Rick said. "I'll deal with his mess when I get back."
Alan watches in horror as his father leaves in a rush. He hears Mike's laughter as his 16-year-old brother lowers a huge hand toward him.
He tries to back away. "Leave me alone, Mike!" Alan orders.
Mike doesn't listen. His hand grabs you, none too gently. "So, how did you do this to yourself?"
"It was a spell...but I can reverse it. I just need the book that I used..."
"We better wait for dad," Mike informs his tiny brother. "Besides, I like you better this way."
"I even know some other guys who might like to see you now."
"No!" Alan cries. "Dad told you to look after me, not set me up as an exhibit!"
