Lord Hugo Prosperio himself decided to take you into the weight gain room to turn you into literally the world's fattest baby ever seen because you drank a baby bottle that wasn't meant for you to begin with anyway.

After being given a baby bottle that's filled to the brim with a mysteriously colored formula inside of it, you drank it all until there was nothing left and then something happened.

Your body itself was becoming fatter as your little belly grew much bigger than before as it was sticking out as far it would go, then your arms and legs were becoming much larger due to the formula itself and your little butt was now becoming much bigger than before as it hit the ground with an earthquake like thud that made the mansion violently bounce up and down very quickly.

As for your clothes and diaper themselves, they were torn to shreds as you practically outgrew them anyway due to your massive size and weight.

Soon enough you noticed you were in another room of some sort but where were you exactly?

You have the following choices:
