You decide to go for it and press the button. When you do, the gun comes to life. Several colored diode start blinking and you can hear the gears moving. As the muzzle of the gun raises and points directly at you, you wonder if you made a wise choice. You try to run but it locks onto you and a beam of bluish light shoots out of it and surrounds you. You feel as though you are being pulled apart.
When it is over and the light fades, you look around and see yourself staring back at you. At first you think it is just a mirror you didn't notice before, but when you reach out, your hand contacts flesh. Your carbon copy twin is exactly like you, including his cloths.
"Wow" you both say in unison, then burst out in laughter. When the two of you compose yourselves, your twin looks at the sign.
"Hey, there are different words at the bottom now. I still only see half of them so it is still jibberish to me." he states
You look at the sign once agian but still see the same words. You get an idea.
"I still see the same thing as before. Perhaps we have to read it together, alternating with each word." you reply
When you do, the message becomes clear-Both of you have the same memories but now one can watch while the other changes. Or you both can change in different ways. To reverse this, simply come back here and press the button agian. You both must be touching or you will be duplicated agian. Once rejoined, you will have the memories from both perspectives. WARNING, trying to rejoin with someone who is not you will have unseen side effects.
