Rachel was awaken by a sensation of movement inside her womb. She patted her bulging belly, as she felt her passenger moving inside her.
"Finally awake, my love," Rachel cooed.
"Yes," Alexios said, "now, are you ready to experience pleasure beyond your wildest dreams?"
"Oh yes," Rachel breathed. She felt Alexios shift inside her, and then poke at certain spots on the inside of her womb. It didn't take long for him to fully emerge from within her.
"Now," Alexios said, "on to a different kind of fun." As Rachel had just pushed Alexios out of her womb, she already had her legs spread, and was already prepared to have sex with him. "Then sleep, my love," Rachel cooed, though her own exhaustion was clearly evident in her voice. She quickly fell asleep. Lulled by his lover's heartbeat, Alexios also drifted off, wondering what surprises the morning will bring him.
