The security guard holds the door as you bring in the special lunch list ingredients. The cast is in a dimly lit corner next to a water cooler, and there is a director yelling at everyone for quiet on the set, and action, and cut.

You see the bright lights are all pointed to a huge model city with Carmen standing among the shoe box sized buildings. The water tower comes up to her shoulder and the whole background is a green screen.
