After getting Rika dressed out of her casual clothes & into some loose PJ shirt and pants, Renamon got her trainer onto the large Queen-Sized bed that Rika's mother bought for both Rika & Renamon to sleep in, when the fox Digimon came to Earth and became partners with Rika. Despite all of the food packed & stuffed tightly in Rika's expanded belly, Renamon managed to help her stuffed trainer laid out on their bed.
Now laid out on the large bed, Rika managed to get a good look & feel of her bloated belly, since her waistline was a slender 29"-30" inches when it wasn't extended by an enlarged stomach. However, Rika's stuffed belly was 2 feet out in front of her, as the bottom her belly only sagged down an inch when Rika was standing, but widened her waistline on each side of her waist by half a foot.
Rika moved her bloated body back against her pillows, as Renamon began to massage Rika's belly, as she slowly rubbed in circles, helping the trainer's tightly-stuffed belly digest the food inside Rika's stomach lot better. But due to the soothing belly rub Renamon was giving her, Rika began to fall asleep because of not just being stuffed to the brim, but also how Renamon was rubbing her belly was putting the level-headed trainer in a sleep-inducing trance.
But after 15 minutes of rubbing Rika's belly, Renamon looked at her bloated trainer & saw her sleeping. So in response, Renamon kissed the sleeping Rika on the cheek and in a caring and loving tone she said, "Goodnight Rika sweetie, I'll see you when you wake up." Then, out of caring for her trainer, Renamon laid next to the bloated Rika, as Renamon's leaned on Rika's round belly like it was a pillow, as the fox Digimon nodded off to sleep.
