Rouge apparently wants to have a child all of her own: someone that she'd be willing to protect more than ANY of her jewels, something that is MORE valuable than the Master Emerald itself, and is someone who will not hope to TRICK or to BETRAY her at all. Cream best exemplifies all of the qualities of a model daughter as someone that loves both life and everyone in the world that is good.
