Ripping the outfit he wore to shreds as he ran, the powerful Black Luster Soldier swore viciously as he raced away from the giantesses.
"This isn't right! If the Envoys aren't allowed to keep the balance between the worlds, then the natural order is upset! I've got to remedy this...but how?"
The question that had been bothering him was, why hadn't Kaiba's machine worked? If he could fix its flaw, then he could enlist an ally to keep these girls under control.
Returning to the Kaibacorp lab, he looked over the settings Kaiba had created to open the rift between the worlds. Everything seemed in order...why hadn't the Dragon been able to emerge?
He did a simple term check for any information on his beastly counterpart. There were several files, but one caught his eye: Banned/Forbidden List.
Of course! The Chaos Emperor Dragon card was deemed too powerful by Industrial Illusions, and was banned from play in major tournaments. That's why it hadn't been summoned with Kaiba's machine: the arena wasn't allowed to let that creature on the field. The whole had been opened, though, and the Mystical Elf was able to come out.
"Well, then, all I need is to find a monster from this machine's memory files, and bring it to this world to aid me. But it must be a creature I could control, or bargin with. What other duels have been had in this arena?"
He brought up the files:
REX RAPTOR v. WEEVIL UNDERWOOD
"Hmmm...no, that won't do. Dinosaurs are mindless beasts, and insects aren't much better."
ESPA ROBA v. MAKO TSUNAMI
"Robots are easy to outwit, and fish are worthless on dry land...next..."
RYOU BAKURA v. MAI VALENTINE
"Ha! As though Necrofear and her ghosts are to be trusted. But...the Harpie Lady Sisters? Perfect; three for the price of one!"
