Overall Impression/Emotional Impact:

Wow, great poem and I especially love the first quatrain! But then the poem takes a sad turn with the words slipping away. No doubt they will return to you - I'm sure of it!

No spelling or grammar errors were noted.

Closing Comments:

As much as I love this poem it pains me that I can't consider it for prizes since you are a Preferred Author and the contest is limited to Registered Authors.
