I wanted to welcome you to Writing.Com and so I just thought I would come by for a little short visit and as I stumbled on in I found this piece that you wrote that you call "The Disintegrated Person" I will have to say as a survivor I can relate more than you realize but it is a good idea to write it in a way that those who have not experienced the ugly ordeal can understand what you are saying.

You could not have said it better than this line right here: Sexual abuse makes your choices for you, choices that are self-defeating.

You really do have a way with words as you weave your words and draw me in so clever of you to do! And you left me wanting more. Nice job!

Most people say "get over it" about anything but mostly that like it isn't anything until maybe it happens to them or someone they really care about then it's a different story, I just don't understand that but we know how people are.
