| Greetings and welcome to writing.com! A fascinating musing upon your thoughts and feelings as reflected in what you perceive within yourself when looking out a window. It's amazing how we can look at things that don't change much and experience them in a myriad of different ways depending on our own particular moments of what we're going through. I do that a lot with music and musical artists, at least I did in the early days of my musical explorations. What I thought about any one artist seemed to be dependent on my mood at any given time, and everything seemed to have to be relevant to what I was experiencing or else it was of no interest. It took a few years before I learned to approach the development of my musical tastes more objectively. You present a dreamy consideration of self here; we do not even know what it is exactly that is outside your window. Is it a bustling city street? A quiet country lane? A vast desert? A peaceful beach? We realize that the time of day and the weather, the wind and rain and shadows, can all play a role in what one thinks and feels as they look at what is presumably the same basic scene it's always been. I would recommend adding a word count to the top, bottom or subtitle; it's good to develop the habit of counting words so you are prepared to do so when entering a contest. You can also add a third genre to the item to create as many opportunities as possible to be nominated for a Quill Award. On mobile I can't tell what size font you've used, but I always recommend Size 4 Verdana to ensure readability across devices. Take care, thanks for sharing and keep writing
