I glanced through your Promptly Poetry Challenge folder tonight, looking for something to review. I love spring, and anticipating spring, so your title drew me in, and I clicked and read your poem and enjoyed it greatly, so I decided to give you a review as a little anniversary gift. Happiest anniversary wishes to you and best wishes on your writing future too! I loved your poem so much. It was fun, clever, while also being beautiful and inspiring to read. I thought the rhyming lent to the fun feeling of your poem. My favorite line was the "and birdsong wakes the swaddled form" line. It made me smile.  I also thought it was lovely! I thought you did a great job with the prompt for week thirty of the current round of the Promptly Poetry Challenge. I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "Anticipation of Spring" poem. I appreciated that you included information on the challenge, even though I'm in it with you, and that you reminded me what the prompt was that week. I liked that you included your rhyme scheme and line count along with the prompt below your poem, and that you made them smaller, so they were obviously a notes section and not part of the poem.IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER: I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's wonderful as it is.
