Hello,

This is a wonderful poem that I enjoyed reading.

The simple imagery and surprising turns of phrase here are very engaging.

Yet, this piece is not over-dramatic - coming across as a gentle slip into death/despair/sickness etc.

The tone is a tad preachy - bold statements given as fact, regarding a fragile concept, but I think it works well.

My only niggle, is that some of the imagery and concepts were a bit too mysterious for me - not immediately evoking the message here (which is still uncertain)...

Didn't read the blurb - save that for fiction, a poem should stand alone.

You have a wide vocabulary and some great ideas, keep up the good work.

Best..................Em
