Gifted chef and entertainer or just a pompous ass that needs a kick in the nads?

Poll Question:

Help settle an ongoing source of contention between my girl and I. Do you consider Gordon Ramsey's, of Hells Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmare infamy, rude, expletive laced, and degrading tirades to be a form of entertainment or is he just another bully that deserves a swift kick in the nads?

Seriously I can not see why people put up with the way he talks to them, nor do I see the humor in watching him degrade another human being. BUT the man makes a lot of money every year and has legions of lambs hanging on his every word. SO...what is your opinion??
