Would you/young adults be interested in a book about the Fae?

Poll Question:
Do you think that young adults would be interested in a book about the Fae, a kingdom of fairies. Not happy, cute fairies, but scary, mythological ones. I'm trying to include mythos from all over the world, so anyone in any culture can understand it. I've used mostly a mix of Western and Eastern European, Ancient Roman and Ancient Greek, Ancient Asian and some African mythology to make an internationally known race of supernatural beings. I won't specify the plot (much) but it is aimed at young adults, and revolves around a fairly gruesome character. Not for children.
