It really does happen. |
We are often voices that are left unheard. To often we come and go and no-one cares. When our voices try to reach out to others we too often get ignored. We are the voices of children and teens that have been abused. They wonder why we lash out, they often wonder why we are so shy and full of fear. We are the out cast of the family. If we try to reach out for help there is no-one. When we need someone to talk to or just listen to us there is no-one. Just once, if someone would stop and take the time to listen to what we had to say, then maybe they could understand. But still we are often voices left unheard to their shut ears. |
