Acrostic poem written for a contest. Talks about those mushy-gushy emotions and stuff.

The lies I build to
Hide the pain
I feel with open
Sorrow.

Beat with solemn, sad
Remorse, as my
Open wound grows hollow.
Keep her from me till
Eternity before my
Naked mind decides to follow.

Hear my crying sob with
Every breath,
Almost impossible to swallow.
Replace the bloody beating thing,
This Broken Heart of sorrow.
