| Bursted eyes, wept by wind of rebirth Subarctic, am I impatient for May Day? Not ready still, not recovered from cold! But blossom my heart, I plea Melt the ice on my veins, Oh Spring! Vernal equinox--the climax I seek As love is like dandelions, farinosa, crocuses--chromes sing its joy! Season paints a road of cherry blossoms, Making way for our meet. By the bend, I fall in love again. For Spring murmurs to our deepest hearts no longer wintered. |
