The bestest dog in the whole World

It took me two years before I could write about my Tilly...

She was the bestest dog I have ever had
And she lived for seventeen years
Some days she was good and some days she was bad
And her memory just brings on the tears

She was black and white with bits of brown
A mixture of breeds 'specially collie
She made me laugh and she made me frown
And when she died I was so melancholy

As a puppy she was always loadsa fun
Tormenting the bigger dogs daily
She was always ready to go for a run
And she came from a Mr Bill Bailey.
