My midnight dreams are full of you my love.
As though the living day is not enough, you
absorb my mind and soul even at the midnight
hour, thus mesmerizing my subconscious too.


This sky, this air, this earth and the waterfall
are nothing but an arid and amorphous waste
without you by my side, without your sweet
smile lighting every day and night of my life.


Precious were those moments when your lovely
Lotus-petal-shaped, heart-melting eyes met mine,
and we stood still oblivious to the outside world
merging miraculouly after eons of separation.


Leave me never my only love, for my world
will be torn asunder without the strength
and support of your subsuming ways that
never fail to illumine my nocturnal visions.
