Exercise is the best thing a person can do to improve one's well being. |
| Exercise is good for the body So let’s get started and dismiss the lethargy. For many of us we can’t be bothered with the routine; Keeping up the practice may become daunting. Still, it is important to get moving And find a way to keep going. Increase the number of exercises you do daily And reap the benefits as your routines vary. You may feel dismayed, unmotivated Or simply just not interested. You may find it hard to do and do otherwise But be smart and be wise and do your exercise. We stay healthier if we do some exercise movements. Also workout to improve accomplished talents. As always though, be sure to check your doctor As certain exercise may become a critical factor. |
