"...the cherished and saintly afterglow inherent/To nature’s...meaning" - a poem. |
| The towering oceans, gentle breezes, Budding flowers, and skyward trees – The earth consumes its creatures In all of its violent beauty And sheer perfection. Yet, nature’s purity and definition Are wholly embodied By the survival of its scattered And unique forms, Which traverse the unstable environment In constant search of food and shelter With their families, flocks, and herds… With the peace and restfulness That these creatures enjoy Comes the cherished And saintly glow inherent To nature’s meaning: That wondrous sanctity Of togetherness and hope Around which the life dutifully revolves. |
