Maybe if we listen more.

People interrupt too much
I am guilty, too.
Maybe we import the me
and minimize the you.

On TV I hear them talk
and voices overlap.
Those impatient tongues look for
another tongue to slap.

Seems like people listen less
and give themselves away.
Ears just hang there idly
while me thinks what to say.
