Dream puppet

It is a story about a young man in contemporary India, who lives in some city and is an idealist. He fights for the tag of 'common man' be lifted of him. He agrees to take part in an scientific experiment.
There is another young man in the story who is anything but idealist and is very street smart, who knows how the things move in India and uses this knowledge to survive.
This story shows a dystopic version of India where the government is working with Mafia and is against the people.
