My first quinzaine

Ecthelion Slew the Balrog

The King's Fountain, in the square.
Do sparkling waters
Run red now?

Author's note one:
A quinzaine is a French form of poetry which contains 15 words.

Line one: seven words, makes a statement
Line two: five words
Line three: 3 words

Lines two and three ask a question about the statement in line one.
