Excuses for everyday life

1) No one told me.
2) So what if I did?
3) It’s not my department.
4) You expect me to know about this?
5) I wasn’t here that day.
6) You told me to do it?
7) So and so did it.
8) I can’t keep track of everything.
9) No one saw me do it and you can’t prove it.
10) I wasn’t trained to handle this.
11) Do I look like I have a crystal ball?
12) You said you would handle it!
13) You didn’t say when it had to be done or how.
14) I was just going to do that.
15) It wasn’t done? I’m shocked!
16) If you had time to notice it then I guess you had time to do it.
17) You left it up to me? Are you crazy?
18) Am I the only one that gets this speech?
19) Je ne parle pas d’anglais (Only works if they’re not French).
20) I didn’t have time.
21) I was so busy doing something else that I forgot.
22) It slipped my mind.
23) It’s Monday. Need I say more?
24) I suppose this means I’m fired.
25) I take it that you’re not impressed by my actions.
