This is it
The day you have been waiting for
Binding yourself to another
Your soul mate, lover

Getting dressed inch by inch
Feeling your soul restless
Aching to be with its other half

Smiling for the camera
Flowers everywhere
Hiding so no one sees
Anticipation at its highest

Music playing
Rustling of tissues
Murmers of family and friends
Daddy taking you arm

Walking, smiling
Stepping away from one man
Joining together with another
A new family begins
